First thought looking at the Dual Treat is hammer time! It has a fun whimsical design resembling a hammer (or blowdryer also works) and the silicone is a pretty teal color. We love having toys in different colors besides the common ones, and the unique shape also makes for a nice addition compared to the usual toy shapes.

I whipped out the Dual Treat after some foreplay (usually how I introduce new toys to surprise her with) and my wife was first amused with the hammer/blowdryer shape of the toy. But once I started 'hammering' her clit with it (really just putting it on her clit and letting the pulsing and sucking do its job) and her amusement immediately changed into moans of pleasure. I started with the pulsing end but that wasn't as intense as she wanted in that moment since we already did some foreplay, so switching to the suction/air-pulse side, once it was just over the clit with a good seal and pulsing away her moaning intensified (that's how I knew it was in the right spot). She then held it in place while I started thrusting in her myself and it wasn't long before she was riding waves of pleasure!

Using the Dual Treat with simultaneous penetration is doable in the right positions. It is bulkier than some other toys but some positions that work better are her lying on her back with me in a more upright position or leaning back (rather than leaning over her) or doggystyle. The tapping side is more of a low to moderate intensity, great for foreplay or edging switching between it and the sucking/air-pulse side. The suction side can be more intense especially if wet or lubed enough and getting it in the right spot, where it has a good seal. Not nearly as strong as the higher end, purpose-built air-pulse toys, but suprisingly solid for a dual purpose novelty toy like this.
