A multipurpose wand for mindfullness!
August 11, 2026
I appreciate that the Mylo Wand challenges you to be more mindful and intentional with self-pleasure and exploration, while delivering a fun and unique toy! It takes the dual-ended wand concept (wand head on one end, handle doubling as an insertable G-spot vibrator) and adds an extra spin to it with a pleasure tendril/tail for a variety of external and penetrative teasing. The overall shape was also done well where it’s comfortable to hold for either use.
The Mylo Wand is in the high-end range as sex toys go, does it match this expectation? The packaging design is elegant, and the two-tone color of the wand is very pretty. The pleasure tendril/tail is also a unique addition to spice things up. However, it may miss the mark on some premium features. While the motors are solid, they are not necessarily extraordinary in noise level and/or power. The 3 motors are independently controllable but with single button cycling through the intensity/modes of each. While it may be tricky to execute while staying disconnected, I felt either separate intensity control or the ability to cycle through either direction could elevate the controls a bit more.
Pros: Very aesthetic two-tone color options
Thoughtful and elegant packaging
3 independently controllable motors with decent strength and noise level
Neutral: The pleasure tendril/tail’s potential may not be fully utilized with our personal preferences
Cons: Motors are solid but don’t stand out/wow, as some other high end toys in this range do
Each motor has a single button to cycle through the intensities and modes (rather than separate intensity controls or directionally cycling through the modes)
Verdict: Recommended (with reservations). A fun toy overall but depending on what you put the most importance in: appearance, packaging, intention, and unique design match the premium level the Mylo Wand has targeted, but I felt the motors and controls did not quite match this premium level.

Mylo Spirit is a relatively recent brand that started in the UK in early 2026, and as of mid-2026 has now expanded to shipping their products to the US and Canada as well. Hence how we (based in the US) had the opportunity now to get a Mylo Earth wand sent for review!
I like Mylo’s focus on the mindfulness and spirituality aspect of pleasure (whether that’s self or with a partner), which serves as a good reminder to sometimes focus on the journey, not just the destination. Tuning into the sensations, being aware of your body, and enjoying the feelings. The wand (3-in-1 in this case) is a good choice for this body exploration aspect, as both the wand head and “pleasure tendril” as they call it can be used all over the body to find where it feels good or where it feels relaxing. Not limited to just the typical pleasure hotspots one would think of (clit, penis head, or penetration) but all over the body including the secondary spots like perineum, nipples, and branching out further from the legs or lower stomach and back to the rest of the body. This of course also makes for great teasing and foreplay!
While I encourage changing it up and doing some of these more mindful sessions every now and then, you can certainly still use the Mylo wand more straight to the point like a typical sex toy when the aim may be to get there quick. Admittedly, we still do that oftentimes! Now working more towards climax(es), the wand has 3 motors, but realistically you’d be using one or two at the same time. Mostly on my partner’s (female anatomy side, although it can be used to some extent on male anatomy), our uses vary between:
wand head on the clit, with the option of using the tendril for thin and shallow vaginal penetration or to tease her inner thighs
insertable shaft targeting the G-spot, with the tendril tucked in its pocket on the shaft adding the option of more encompassing vibrations (when on the same vibration mode as the shaft) or asynchronous motor vibrations (having both these inserted in the same hole with different functions on the motors is kind of trippy, in a great way!)
insertable shaft being used vaginally with the tendril for thin anal penetration (partner isn’t big on anal so didn’t personally care much for this use case) – if the pleasure tendril was on the other side of the shaft it could have been used kind of like a rabbit vibrator of sorts with the tendril rubbing against the clit while the shaft’s penetrating, but alas!
If you’re up for a little bit of acrobatics, one use case for 3 motors on at once is the wand head on one partner’s clit or perineum while the shaft is penetrating the other partner. But since there’s no real flared base I’d advise against doing that with the penetration being anal (so we did not try it in this way). I think the most likely way it could work this way is on one’s clit while the shaft is penetrating the other partner vaginally, in some form of scissoring position, but we don’t have the right combination of anatomies to test that scenario. Anyway, it’s just a fringe use case we thought of!
One of the first things that stands out is the Mylo Wands have a very striking aesthetic with a two-tone color, in the case of the Mylo Earth that we got, a dark green color from the wand head to middle of the toy, transitioning to a brighter green through the tip of the tendril and insertable shaft. This is another aspect that brings a premium feel to the toy, versus a standard single color throughout. Mylo offers several colorways (Air, Earth, Fire, Water, and Spirit) with some based on the elements, that differ in color but are the same underlying wand. Looking next to the shape, starting with a round wand head that has some more unique ringed texture on it (and more rigid, not a flexible neck), moving down to the appealing curve of the insertable shaft which has a slight stepped contour to it. Then of course there is the most unique aspect of the Mylo wands, the third tendril stimulator!
Mylo did nail the curve and shape of the insertable shaft, as it not only effectively targets the G-spot but it also fits well in the hand when using that side as a handle (which is where some 2-in-1 wands miss the mark for the shape of the toy, not being comfortable to hold as a handle).
The silicone is smooth throughout, except the seam which is really only noticeable in the recessed area the tendril tucks away in. Luckily this isn’t an area you feel during use, as the seam throughout the rest of the toy is only faintly visible and not felt.
As touched on briefly, the Mylo 3-in-1 wand is shaped well for double side use, where it is comfortable to hold as a handle from either side. All 3 motors pack a good amount of power for the sizes and noise, but nothing extraordinary. The wand head is the most powerful (also the loudest), followed by the G-spot shaft, then the “pleasure tendril” the least powerful of the 3 (but still decently powerful for its small size). The range from rumbliness (deep, low frequency vibrations) to buzziness (more surface level, higher frequency) also follow this same order. The wand head being the rumbliest of the bunch (but there are rumblier toys out there), the shaft a bit on the rumbly side, then the tendril a bit on the buzzy side.
Overall, the noise level is a little louder than max cell phone vibration except for the tendril/tail which is pretty quiet, can only discern its sound if there is practically no background noise around!
To operate the Mylo wand, holding the middle button down turns the toy on into “standby” mode. All buttons pulse gently with light, and no motors are turned on yet. Then a single press of any of the 3 buttons will turn on the respective motor (top button is the wand head, middle is the small tendril/tail, and the bottom is the insertable shaft). Single presses of the buttons will cycle through the modes of that motor (First 3 are constant vibration of increasing intensity, then the next 7 modes are various patterns). 1, 2, or 3 motors can be on at the same time in any combination (and at the same or different modes for each), but as mentioned earlier almost all use cases will be 1 or 2 motors on at a time.
The controls were something I felt could have been higher end for a toy placed at this premium level. While it does have separate buttons for each motor, having a single button to cycle through both the constant intensities then patterns for a motor is something most toys have. While I realize it would be tricky for 3 motors, I feel this could have been elevated more to the premium level by having separate intensity control for each from the pattern control and/or a way to cycle through the modes in either direction (rather than cycling through in one direction to eventually get back to a mode you wanted).
To turn off an individual motor, quickly press the respective button twice (this is the only way to turn off the tendril/tail stimulator without turning off the whole wand, if wanting to keep the other motor(s) on). For the top or bottom buttons (wand head or insertable shaft), you can also hold down the button to turn off that motor. Holding down the middle button turns off the toy completely (all motors turned off).
The pleasure tendril/tail is magnetically held in its pocket to the main shaft. This magnet strength is well balanced, strong enough to hold the tendril in place when inserting both it and the main shaft at the same time (shown at the right, held up against gravity), but not so strong that it will pinch skin or fingers if caught in between the tendril and the toy body.
The wand is charged with a magnetic charger to USB cable. It has enough strength to stay attached for charging without needing a delicate balancing act, but can get knocked off if jostled or bumped against.
The Mylo Earth wand arrived in a discreet, plain white cardboard outer box from a non-descript sender name (“OXV Holding Co”). Inside is the Mylo Earth box itself, starting with its outer box sleeve that has a nice appearance consistent with a product in the premium range. It is a giftable box as long as it’s ok for the receiver to have some idea of what’s inside! The front has the brand name, silhouette of the wand, and a few taglines. The back and sides have additional information and specs of the wand, and the authenticity product number for verifying the product/warranty. One odd note was the use listed as external use only, even though it has the insertable shaft (my guess, is just to comply with regulations for sex toys listed either as adult novelties or in this case as a personal massager).
The inner box is where the packaging becomes even more elegant and thoughtfully designed! The lid opens out to either side to reveal the beautiful two-tone wand in the top section, with a pull-out section on the bottom that has the manual, satin storage pouch, and charging cord. This is the very giftable aspect of the package that really makes it a nice gifting experience whether that’s to yourself or a partner!
