Not satisfying enough

Unfortunately, the Satisfyer 1 was disappointing for us and wasn't worth it. The 'air pulse' from this toy just didn't do much for her, felt too weak to give her much pleasure. It seems to work better for some others, maybe for very gentle stimulation. The design is pleasing and discreet.
Pros: Sleek, discreet design
Removable tip for easier cleaning
Cons: Not much stimulation for us (almost nonexistent)
Battery compartment is slippery and difficult to twist off and on
Verdict: Not recommended. Far too weak and not stimulating enough. We would recommend instead to look at the Satisfyer Pro 2 which is reportedly a huge improvement, or anything in the Womanizer/We-Vibe lineup (such as Womanizer Peach, We-Vibe Melt 2, or anything in between in their models)
Dimensions: Body is 5.5" x 1.75"
Battery: Requires 2xAAA batteries
Modes: 11 intensities
Material: Silicone head with ABS body
Waterproof (IPX rating not specified)
We popped in two AAA batteries and my wife started using the toy on her clit. She was underwhelmed, to say the least. Even cranking it up to 'max' intensity she was not feeling much stimulation. There was some light pulsing sensation that was a little different but felt very similar to a weak vibration, which is probably the air pulse stimulation. I also felt the action end of the toy and it was very weak to me as well.
We tried it a few more times with new batteries and trying different angles but still didn't feel much stimulation. It seems this 'air pulse' type of toy may just not work for her, as it seems to work well on others so it is probably a hit or miss type of sensation. It mostly felt like weak vibrations of varying intensity at the different levels, but may work for someone that is very very sensitive down there and wants gentle stimulation.
The toy uses replaceable batteries (2x AAA) in a little compartment at the bottom that twists on and off. The compartment is smooth and round so it is a bit hard to twist off, but the bigger potential issue is when twisting it back on it is hard to tell how securely it is closed and if the gasket in there is tightened enough to keep out water.
There are two buttons to control the Satisfyer, the top button for increasing intensity and the bottom button for decreasing. To turn the toy on or off, the top button is held down for a few seconds and the light comes on when the toy is turned on. It is nice that the intensity can be increased or decreased rather than just cycling through the intensities.
The silicone tip at the business end is removeable which is convenient for an easier and deeper cleaning, especially since the silicone tip is what will get the dirtiest.
On first look, the Satisfyer 1 is sleek and has a discreet appearance. Would blend in well as a 'beauty product' and most people would be none the wiser! Most of the toy is hard plastic then the action end of it has a silicone tip.
