(Alleged) design theft and an uncomfortable pointy tip
September 29, 2024
(Updated May 16, 2026) - Back when I first purchased and was using the Creature Cocks Monstropus, I was not aware of the track record of (alleged) design theft. Now that I know, I have updated this review to reflect that so that readers can make their own informed decisions. I have still included most of my original brief review of this toy.
Pros: A nice tentacle design (alleged design theft though...) with the suckers texture increasing sensation and the fantasy aspect.
Cons: Very firm, the textures still weren't too intense in my opinion, but this made the pointy tip feel very pokey and uncomfortable.
Peroxide-cured silicone (instead of platinum-cured silicone that is higher quality, typically found in artisan dildo/fantasy brands)
Verdict: Not recommended. Between Creature Cocks track record of (alleged) design theft (alleged knock-off of Bad Dragon's Ika in this case) and the uncomfortable pointy tip made worse by the very firm silicone, I highly recommend skipping this dildo!
Dimensions: Total length 8.5", insertable length 7.6"
Max diameter 3.4"
Weight of 1.53 lb
Material: Silicone (peroxide-cured), very firm
The tip is relatively narrow with a gradual increase in girth, making this dildo welcoming for users of all experience levels as you can take it down to the girth you’re comfortable with. Ends with a very filling girth at the bottom for the large girth lovers! I found the suction cup base plenty strong for holding the dildo in place on smooth flat surfaces for riding/backing up on.
The tentacle ‘sucker’ texture adds nice additional stimulation, but with the firmness may be a little overstimulating for those more sensitive to textures. The intensity of the texture can be controlled to a degree by using more or less lube, and the suckers/texture does a great job at holding lube on the dildo. I don’t consider myself sensitive to textures (anal use) so the tentacle sucker texture was not too much for me even with this quite firm silicone, but something to keep in mind as everyone’s different! BUT, with the firmness the pointy tip is very pokey and uncomfortable.
The green/yellow marbling coloration is bright and playful, which some may not prefer if they want more ‘realistic’ or plausible tentacle colors for the fantasy aspect.
