Specifications

Dimensions: Max shaft girth of ~6” circumference, length of 7” insertable (8” total).

Material: Blush’s “Purio” platinum-cured silicone (softer silicone) in their “Sensa Feel” dual-density construction with a soft outer layer and firm inner core (shore firmness not specified but I estimate ~shore 0040 outer layer and ~shore 20A inner core, I discuss this more later). “Ultrasilk” smooth surface finish (smooth and slippery feeling surface).

The dimensions I’ve manually measured on Blush’s Suko Indigo D12 match the listed lengths of 7” insertable and 8” total, but the max circumference (ridge of the head) I measured a little thicker, close to 6” circumference (compared to the product page’s listed 5.5” circumference). Additional measurements are ~4.5” circumference at the thinnest part of the shaft just below the head, 5.5” circumference at the next thickest part of the shaft (the bottom bump ~2/3 down the shaft), and ~8.75” circumference of the suction cup base. 

Appearance

The Avant Suko Indigo D12 comes as a solid color, in this case (as the name includes) a pleasant, deep blue indigo color! As far as single color toys go, this is a pretty nice color in my opinion. In person I feel it is a much deeper indigo than the lighter blueish appearance in the product page images, which I don’t mind at all and probably prefer! It’s also possible for variations between production batches, with some batches appearing darker and more saturated than others. Available as the Suko Violet D11 as well, if that color is more to one’s preference.

The Suko D12 has a generally phallic appearance, mainly due to the head, but otherwise is more on the abstract side as dildos go. A straight shaft with broad waves from the pronounced head and subtler bumps around 1/3 and 2/3 down the shaft. It has a seamless shaft which results in a more premium look! Compared to seams running down the shaft that are present for many other mass-production toys. If it was done in a two-part mold, the seam may have been at the bottom of the shaft where it meets the suction cup base, and if there is a seam present there it is not noticeable even visually. There is a small blemish on the lower bump portion of the shaft, that looks like a small raised bit of excess silicone from the casting process. Not noticeable or felt in use, but visible for sure.

Feel and Experience

The surface finish of the Suko is very slick! The positive side is sliding easily, requiring minimal lube (and may be able to get away with no lube for vaginal use with natural wetness). The downside is that lube doesn’t stick as well to the surface. Lube is always needed for anal, but luckily it doesn’t need as much lube with the slippery surface compared to more matte silicone finishes. The difference in surface texture can be felt between the shaft, and the suction cup base. The shaft has Blush’s “Ultrasilk” smooth surface finish, which is very smooth and slick, while the suction cup base feels more matte and grippy (may be what the silicone would feel like without the smooth surface finish on the shaft).

Suko’s nice bulbous head targets the spot very well for some great prostate or G-spot milking! Whether that’s riding it from above, on the wall, manually thrusting, or pegging, the squish of the head makes it more comfortable to take while still providing plenty of pressure for rubbing the spot to completion. The smaller bulges on the shaft were a much more subtle pressure variation in my experience, just noticeable enough to add a little bit of additional sensation when sliding over them.

Avant Suko Indigo D12 has Blush’s dual density construction, a softer outer layer over a firm inner core. Suko’s bulbous head is the plushiest part throughout the toy, with the most squish. At the very tip there is only the softer silicone, no firm inner core. The inner core starts towards the base or rim of the head, where the contrast between the outer layer’s squish and inner core is felt. The broad shaft bumps have some squish to them as well, with these raised portions being composed of the soft silicone. In the narrowest areas of the shaft (just below the head, and between the two broad shaft bumps) the soft outer layer is thinnest there, mostly the firm inner core.

The firm inner core of the Suko provides enough structure to ride/thrust it easily (with the soft outer layer for comfort) while having some flex to where it doesn’t feel too stiff.

Suction Cup Base

The suction cup base on the Avant Suko D12 has very good strength! The most difficult check for a suction cup dildo is mounting on a textured surface like a painted wall, and the Suko easily passed this text with good hold strength on my walls. Doesn’t even budge when yanking on it.

However, the suction is almost too strong if that’s a thing! Really the only drawback of the Suko I experienced is there’s no good way to pop off/release the vacuum from the suction cup when ready to take the dildo off. Since the cup base doesn’t really have a rim, it is hard to lift up/pop the edge of the cup, compared to having more of a lip. A bit of a lip or added pull tab would be very helpful for dismounting the dildo. That said, mounting it in the middle of a wall while it holds up just fine, it may be better to mount in a place it can be slide off a curve or edge to release the suction if needed like the side of tub, a tiled shower wall, stool, etc. 

Packaging/Appearance

My delivery from Blush arrived in a plain brown cardboard box, with a discreet sender address from “Vee International”.

My shipment contained multiple toys, each individual product or box in its own plastic bag within the shipping box. The Avant Suko Indigo D12 product box has an appearance on the somewhat upscale side of things. The dildo itself presented behind the clear plastic window of the box front, with reflective font of the collection name “Avant” on the bottom, plus some icons detailing features of the toy on the front and side. The back of the box includes more details about the silicone and the Avant collection. The top has a hang tab for physical store displays, but has a “fold” line across it if you wanted to neatly cut it off such as for wrapping up the box for gifting! The bottom of the box includes a small piece of tape as a hygiene seal. After cutting the hygiene seal, the inside of the box slides out from the outer box sleeve, with the dildo nestled inside in a plastic inset. The packaging overall looks nice and presentable with some informative details included!
