A thick muscular knot for a proper hole workout!
August 22, 2026
Twisted Beast’s Uriens checks a lot of the boxes I want in a knotted dildo. While a single dildo can’t possibly do it all, Uriens satisfies many of my knaughty desires. A thick girthy knot without too much insertable length to knot it, plus a good amount of space behind to easily tie in and even thrust a bit with the knot still inside! The knot shape is a good balance between being bulbous enough for a nice stretch and pop, without being too abrupt making it suitable for knot-fucking (thrusting the knot in and out).
The overall sculpt is very appealing with the demonic fox theme being a pretty accurate descriptor. The knot is of course the main event, details throughout giving muscular appearance, and the bonus of the upward curved shaft with a ridged head for some added P/G-spot targeting on the way in. Except for the visual surface finish that could be a little improved, it looks good with fur tufts at the bottom adding some of the fox theming, and the Demon Blood color is quite pretty for a “single” color with slight iridescence and depth to it.
Uriens is a great fit if you’re looking for:
A thick knotted dildo with a shorter insertable length (made it on my short and thick list) still with plenty of space below the knot!
Mild texture (musculature, skin folds, light veins)
Slight upward P/G-spot targeting shaft curve, ridged head, and a two-lobed knot (primarily side-to-side knot girth)
A knot that is not overly abrupt, suitable for knot-fucking
A mixed high-fantasy and animalistic themed toy, styled as a demon fox (much more on the high-fantasy side of things)
Any drawback to note?
Visual surface finish could be refined a bit more. While the surface feel overall is a smooth semi-gloss finish, some circumferential “printer lines” can be seen when looking closely (they have been smoothed enough to not be felt at all during use). (Note: the surface finishes do look to be improved for the realistic dildo lineup and newer models)
Dimensions, inches (from Twisted Beast’s site):
Firmness/Material: One firmness only (Shore 0030 for Twisted Beast’s fantasy dildos, Shore 0050 for their realistic dildos), platinum-cured silicone. This review is based on the Medium size Uriens, Demon Blood single color. Demon Blood (Ombré) coloration is also an option for a color split/fade with the red Demon Blood color from the top half fading into black at the bottom half. The Demon Blood red is a lovely color on its own as single colors go. It could also be considered ruby red and is not a flat color, it has some slight iridescence to it and even some darker shades presenting throughout the pour, adding more depth to the appearance.
The “vac-u-lock”-esque casted hole is included for compatible sizes (if suction cup size S or L is included for that size, in this case my Medium Uriens has the mounting hole and included peg attachment suction cup for S suction cup size). Twisted Beast compares their fantasy toy firmness to Bad Dragon soft or Topped Toys firmness, but I find it feels very close to Topped Toys in between Shore 0030/0050 (Topped Toys is reportedly Shore 0034). Also, with the peg suction cup acting a bit as a “core”, it can feel firmer overall (even closer to Shore 0050 or Bad Dragon medium firmness, rather than halfway in between Bad Dragon soft and medium firmness).
Only the total length is listed of 8.6” for Medium Uriens (following the curve, without following the curve it looks more like 8” total length as seen in the picture). While not specified, I manually measured ~6.75” insertable length as that’s also a very important dimension!
Below are girth (circumference) measurements down the length of the toy as well.
Rim/ridge of the head: 5.5”
Right below the head: 5.25”
Right before the knot: 6”
Knot max circumference: 9.5” (a bit larger than the specified 9”!)
Shaft behind the knot: 6.75”
Base of dildo: 12”
Some additional notes regarding the dimensions, the knot is ~2” of the insertable length. From the tip to the back of the knot is ~5.25” length to fully knot Uriens (Medium size), which leaves another ~1.5” length of shaft behind the knot. Uriens knot has a decent taper, more gradual on the top side for insertion and slightly more abrupt on the bottom side for locking in and more pop upon removal/un-knotting.
A quick little tip for dildo models in general that list total length but not insertable length, an approximate insertable length can be calculated from product images (especially when images are given for each size option). Measure the insertable length of the picture on your screen, measure the total length, and use this ratio with the listed actual total length to calculate the approximate actual insertable length. (On screen insertable length / On screen total length) x Listed total length. The Medium Uriens as an example I get (1.1/1.4) x 8.6 = 6.76” estimated insertable length. This was about spot on (when measuring from the front side that the pentacle logo is on) with my physical measurement of ~6.75” insertable length! The ratios seemed to work out, as the on screen measurements are actually straight lengths, not following the curve, but the 6.75” I measured for insertable was following the curve (seems to also be the case for the 8.6” total length specified, as I mention was more of 8” if measuring straight).
To set the stage, Uriens is based on a muscular demon fox which I think fits the shape and appearance quite well. An overall phallic shape with a slight ridged head, musculature and skin folds going down the shaft, and one of the main events the thick knot coming from the fox inspiration (in addition to nice fur detailing all around the base).
The upward curve of the shaft and ridged head work relatively well for some P/G-spot targeting, while teasing your way down to the main draw, the knot. Uriens has a clear two-lobed knot focused on side-to-side girth. A few aspects of this kind of knot design. When taking the knot side-to-side with the shaft upright (and head pointing toward or opposite the P/G-spot) this gives an extra filling feel for the girth, compared to a rounder knot of the same total circumference. This also gives the option to take the knot more vertically, aligned with the natural opening of your hole of choice, making it easier to take in that direction if warming up or not quite ready for the girth side-to-side. One potential drawback for two-lobed knots is they can twist or turn during penetration, to make their way inside with less resistance of the hole in the vertical direction instead of the more challenging side-to-side insertion. This tends to happen when not warmed up as much, if a little tighter that session, or clenching/bearing down a bit (whether consciously or unconsciously) during insertion. I find Uriens knot able to stay side-to-side well when I’m properly warmed up and relaxed for the penetration.
Uriens knot is relatively high on the shaft and was a particular draw for me, as this gives plenty of shaft space behind the knot to “tie in” to fully envelop the knot with my hole, and a little bit of length to ride with the knot still just inside the hole, feeling its fullness. This also means less insertable length needs to be taken to fully knot, which is a plus for me wanting a good amount of girth but not being able to take a lot of depth (at least not yet).
Really the only drawback of Twisted Beast’s Uriens, keeping it from being an otherwise practically perfect knotted dildo for my preferences, was the surface finish leaving a bit to be desired. Faint “printer texture” appearance throughout (circumferential rings) and tiny raised dots in a few areas prevent a fully polished look. The surface finish is otherwise a smooth semi-gloss feel, I just wish it was a little more polished appearance wise. I am glad to say, however, that this is a drawback in appearance only as I could not feel these micro-textures during use! Hence why I’ve included this in the appearance section, rather than the next section. Reportedly not an issue for newer models like their realistic dildo line-up and any fantasy models since then such as the Marchosias. The images on the product pages are real pictures of the toys, to get an idea if there will be this visual texture when looking closely by zooming in. I don’t see this texture on those newer models but can see it on the Uriens and some older ones.
The sculpted texture throughout Uriens consists of what I would describe as gently flowing muscular bulges and some wrinkles/skin folds (primarily just below the head, and just below the knot). I describe the musculature as gently flowing as they are not pronounced bulges, not at all intense or very noticeable in use, but visually give a muscular look. The only of these minor textures I could feel much during use are some of the veins, mostly on the sides of the knot. Probably since I’m already being stretched to the limit at these spots on the knot, the extra bit of texture is more noticeable! The slightly pronounced ridge of the head is noticeable as well, though less of a texture per se and more of the shape. From the top-down view the knot cross-section can be more clearly seen. A two-lobed knot mostly side-to-side, a bit more pronounced towards the shaft underside.
Now sharing some of my (slightly more lewd/graphic) experience in-use, skip 2 paragraphs down to pick back up at the more technical angle of the review if you prefer! After a warm-up to ~3” diameter (9-9.5” circumference) prior to taking Uriens on (as one should for knotted dildos), I was eager to try and conquer this demonic knotted beast. Squatting over Uriens, starting with the slight pop in of the head that was merely a tease of the girth that would be popping into my hole later. After riding the top of the shaft, I was ready to try my hole at the knot. The top of the knot pressing against my hole, the taper there quickly invited itself to slide in me, almost deceptively easily. As I go farther, feeling myself stretched out more and more by Uriens girth and just when I think I can’t get stretched out any more I reach the crest of the knot! If you’ve used knotted dildos or butt plugs before, you may know how it goes after that… POP as my hole greedily envelops the rest of Uriens knot, with it tapering back down to the shaft behind.
Locked in, that intense stretch now past my entrance, there’s still more shaft to go! Sliding down feeling a great stretching fullness as the knot goes a little deeper, I’ve made it to the base. Catching my breath and letting my hole get a little used to the girth inside, I’m ready to start riding this knot to completion! With short bounces to keep the knot locked inside me, it’s not quite reaching past my prostate but still giving an intense fulfilling pleasure as it slides back and forth just inside my hole. But I wasn’t about to stop there. Ready to start knot-fucking I slide up till that great feel of the knot pulling open my hole as it pops out, then I slide right back down for the knot to pop back in. Continuing to ride with the knot popping in and out (gives a wonderfully intense hole-stretching and opening sensation that’s hard to fully describe) my hole is feeling nice and used in the best way possible as I feel pleasure throughout. After some time knot-fucking with my hole not able to take much more, I add in some stroking and quickly reach my final climax, sitting down on the knot as the waves of pleasure wash over me. I then dismount with my greedy hole feeling worn out and satisfied for the day, already looking forward to its next knot-fucking session with Uriens.
Back to the more technical review aspects… Uriens knot has a balanced taper and position on the shaft for knot-fucking in my experience. The knot profile reminds me of a well tapered butt plug that has plenty of bulge to pop in and stay in, but not so abrupt it feels too wearing on the hole when popping back out (which tends to make the hole feel worn out too quickly when trying to knot-fuck with a dildo). It doesn’t quite reach past my prostate for more direct rubbing back and forth (experience may vary with individual anatomies, and the larger sizes will reach farther in), but reaches just enough for the general pressure providing additional pleasure to the overall stretch.
With the vac-u-lock-esque suction cup in Uriens, there is a good bit of squish to the silicone, but not at all floppy or difficult for insertion compared to how super soft dildos can be. As I mentioned in the Specifications section, Twisted Beast’s fantasy dildos (Uriens included) are specified as using Shore 0030 firmness silicone. A lot of factors can affect the final firmness feel of a silicone dildo compared to the raw silicone’s Shore rating, and I find their comparison to Topped Toys silicone toy firmness to be pretty accurate (which in my opinion, is between most Shore 0030 and Shore 0050 specified toys, a bit closer to the Shore 0050 ones or Bad Dragon medium firmness). I was glad of this as it gives enough structure to hold up well for penetration (especially for anal), compared to other dildos more of the super soft Shore 0030 final feel that can be a little floppy at this size.
Without the suction cup in, Uriens loses some of the structure for penetration. Mostly behind the knot to the base, corresponding to where the inner tunnel is. While the knot to the tip squish feels about the same, losing the structure behind the knot to the base results in a tendency for the dildo to bend or fold instead of penetrating (for riding or pushing from the base). If pushing by hand while holding below the knot, the stability isn’t affected as much.
At the bottom section of the shaft is Twisted Beast’s simplified logo, a pentacle (encircled pentagram) engraved on one side. I do like the choice of the simplified decorative logo rather than plain typeface of the brand or too intricate of a logo that could distract from the rest of the sculpt. And in this case the pentacle adds to the overall demonic theming of the toy! Around the base of the shaft is fur detailing, giving more of the fox theming to the overall sculpt. The fur is not just the same all around, on the backside there are some larger tufts going a little up the shaft to give a more varied appearance, which was a nice touch!
Then the base of Uriens is quite flat with a sheen, very neatly trimmed. There is also the vac-u-lock-esque hole cast in the toy for the peg suction cup attachment to be inserted in. Twisted Beast’s hole shown at the top right is a little larger at roughly 0.8” diameter, than some standard vac-u-lock holes such as Hankey’s Topher Michels hole shown at the bottom right that’s around 0.6” diameter. What this mounting hole size means in practice, is that Twisted Beast’s toys still fit regular vac-u-lock attachments just fine and the attachments go in easier, but at the increased chance of the toy getting pulled off the attachment (especially for a knotty toy) if clenching hard combined with a strong pulling force (such as on a machine).
The included suction cup has decent strength. It isn’t quite strong enough to stick to painted/textured walls, but it sticks well to smooth flat surfaces like a metal stool or bath/polished ceramic/tiled surfaces. On these applicable surfaces, I didn’t have any issues with the suction cup coming off even when riding at some angles. Shown here is the strength of the suction cup attached to a metal dildo mounting crossbar (from a sex stool) easily holding up the weight of the bar, and trying to yank on the peg it did not pop off. Because the cup is so flat it can actually be a little tricky to take off when the toy is attached, needing to slip a finger or fingernail just under the edge of the cup to break the seal.
Despite the visual micro textures I mentioned in the appearance, Uriens is still relatively easy to clean. Gunk didn’t seem to get trapped, and since the main shape changes throughout are more gradual and flowing, there aren’t any particularly difficult cleaning spots to pay attention to. Just soap and water is usually sufficient for silicone, but if you want a deep clean or sanitize you can boil in water (best to put a towel on the bottom/side so the toy doesn’t directly touch the bottom/sides of the pot that can get a lot hotter) OR soak in a dilute bleach solution.
The outer packaging of the Twisted Beast delivery was discreet, a plain brown box with a relatively generic sounding business name “Twisted Creations Limited” as the sender. Customs form lists “Handmade Silicone Sculpture” if importing (as was the case for me being in the US, Twisted Beast is UK based). The inner packaging was minimal, but all the fun goodies included made for a great unboxing experience (beyond of course the excitement already there for opening a new toy in the first place!). The Uriens dildo itself was sealed in Twisted Beast branded plastic film, then the included goodies were a branded drawstring toy storage bag (always nice when a bag is included at no cost with a toy), brand sticker, and the most fun inclusion in my opinion was the character card! A trading/collectible card game style card for Uriens that has the (NSFW) character art, some cheeky “stats”, and a short and sweet (and lewd) character description.
