I was excited to test out the Hole-y Cow open ended (penetrable) dildo that QUTOYS just released, as I’ve always been interested in this fantasy of penetrating a penis after first seeing the design! And being a little into sounding myself... Till now all the realistic ones I had seen were TPE or similar (only silicone ones being non-human fantasy), so I jumped on this finally being a silicone one offered!
I think the Hole-y Cow serves best as a stroker/masturbator/penetrable first, due to the super soft silicone used. It works great for this purpose, the moderately intense texture in the internal tunnel combined with the softness gives a balanced stimulation. Together with the unique sexual fantasy it provides which I found quite hot, it makes for a very enjoyable experience! Whether that fantasy be related to docking, sounding, or just generally penetrating a larger penis is up to the individual. The realistic uncircumcised penis sculpt, visual vein texture throughout, and pink/reddish coloration of the tip, through some parts of the shaft, and the internal tunnel all add to the enticing appearance.
The dual-purpose use as a dildo, is trickier to accomplish. It does not work well as a standalone dildo due to the super soft silicone and hollow internal tunnel, it is difficult to insert. It could however, work a lot better as a dildo when using as a penetrable sleeve. First penetrating the toy with another dildo or partner’s penis, then inserting the now filled toy that has more structure. One thing to note here are the balls serving as the flared base don’t protrude a whole lot from the shaft, so I’d consider this more borderline anal safe.

Listed as 7.09” total length (and internal penetrable length), 5.51” insertable length (if using as dildo), and 7.78” external circumference of the shaft.
My own measurements agree with the lengths, but I measured closer to 8.5” for the external circumference of the shaft. Now it is hollow and super squishy so the actual girth will feel less, but still something to note.
Firmness/Material: The Hole-y Cow is made from super soft silicone (QUTOYS specifies as platinum cured silicone), exact shore firmness not specified. I don’t have a shore durometer instrument but based on other brands I’ve used that do list shore firmness, I’d estimate it between Shore 0010-0020.

The overall appearance of the Hole-y Cow dildo is a realistic looking, uncircumcised penis of average length but much thicker girth (has to be big enough to accommodate a penis after all). I was very excited when QUTOYS released this toy as a penetrable penis/dildo is already a pretty unique concept with few options out there. Let alone silicone options (that mostly exist only in the non-human fantasy space) and an ultra-realistic looking ones at that!
The head has the foreskin teasingly retracted partway back, to still cover a pronounced coronal ridge at the bottom of the penis head, going down to a raised vein covered shaft (mostly for visuals, it is so soft these aren’t felt much) and a raised urethral bulge running down the underside of the shaft. Down to the base is a set of fully round sculpted balls, that act as a flared base if interested in using it for anal penetration (although I do wish the balls were a bit bigger for more of a flared base to put my mind completely and unquestionably at ease). That said, if you have a fantasy of penetrating a penis, this is the toy for that!
It is mostly light tan skin color but with some additional coloration to add to the realism, a pinkish/reddish tip, some light pink/red blush added throughout the shaft to give it a slight tint, and some colored blood vessels mostly on the top of the shaft. Looking next at the penetrable openings, the Hole-y Cow has an invitingly open urethra at the tip, calling for a penis to penetrate it!
Then on the base or ‘butt’ of the toy is another inviting opening. I’m glad they did not miss the opportunity here to make it another nice looking hole (rather than just a ‘generic’ hole on this end). This hole has the look of a slightly gaped anus, just wating to be filled! With some pink/reddish coloration around the butthole and the anal folds/wrinkles ready to be stretched. Complete with the top mounds of the base giving the appearance of little butt cheeks.

The purely physical sensation is only part of the experience for strokers/masturbators like this, the visual and mental aspect also plays a big part. And the Hole-y Cow offers a lot of great visual options and fantasies you can play out! For the external texture if using the Hole-y Cow as a dildo/penis sleeve to insert and be penetrated by, that is mostly the pronounced coronal ridge of the penis tip. As I talked about, the raised vein textures throughout aren’t really felt with it being so soft (mostly added visuals). Since it is so squishy and soft, I feel its primary function is as an exciting penetrable penis! To insert the Hole-y Cow easier as a dildo, it would be best to first have this toy penetrated by your partner’s penis or a dildo to give it more rigidity (as it’s such a soft/squishy silicone), then inserting it into the hungrily waiting human hole. If they could somehow make a dual density version of this for easier insertion that would be amazing, although I don’t know if it is technically feasible.
So, focusing on the penetrable aspect for use as a stroker/masturbator, the holes both have an internal ‘ring’ just inside the opening to give that feel of popping through the inner ‘sphincter’ at the start of penetration! Then the rest of the internal tunnel is covered in small and stimulating nub/bump texture. The tunnel is also colored pink/red for a more realistic and inviting inside! I found the internal texture a good balance, plenty stimulating that I do not last long when stroking with it (unless I’m specifically trying not to finish too quickly), and the right softness of the silicone (compared to other silicone strokers that can be too firm sometimes and therefore rough or overstimulating for my preference). The holes and inner tunnel are very stretchy, starting from ~0.5” diameter opening and stretching to accommodate probably and human penis size. Shown here is just barely stretching the holes with my fingers on one hand, but using two hands they can stretch quite a significant amount!
The feel on my shaft was pretty similar from either end, so it’s mostly about which fantasy you want to fulfill in the moment (or switching between both)! Whether wanting to penetrate the cock/urethra, or penetrate the ‘butt’ of the toy and have a bit of stroking-ception going on as you move the shaft of the toy up and down to stroke your own shaft nestled inside. The first time I used it I started from penetrating the tip of the cock as that was the unique fantasy aspect that drew me to this toy in the first place. Around the base is the main notable irregularity in an otherwise nicely finished surface, a faint seam line going around the toy. There was also slight irregularities in the inner tunnel I could see when looking closely, probably just from the process of taking the cured silicone toy out of the mold, but these did not affect the feel at all during use.

Being silicone it’s relatively easy to clean, but also being a stroker it is a little more involved to clean than a silicone dildo as you have the internal tunnel to clean and potentially the outside as well. Soap and water and running my fingers a bit in the inside, it cleans out pretty easily. Since it’s silicone it isn’t as worrisome to fully dry
Just soap and water is typically sufficient for silicone, but if you want a deep clean or sanitize you can boil in water OR soak in a dilute bleach solution.
