Amplify your shaft

Want to add vibrations and some girth to a shaft (be it penis or dildo)? Look no further than the Thrust Enhancer. If the measurements fit, it adds some moderately intense vibrations and a gradual increase in the added girth on the shaft. The remote is almost a necessity, allowing you to change the vibration on the fly while thrusting inside. The wearer also feels some of the vibration, which is nice added stimulation, compared to many toys like this, where mostly just the receiver feels the vibration.
Pros: Remote control.
Stretchy and versatile rings/straps.
Moderately strong vibrations.
Cons: May not fit all (fits best for above average length).
Remote tricky to figure out at first, no pause/resume functionality.
Extra care needed to clean groove around button.
Verdict: Recommended, with reservations. First make sure it will fit your length the way you would want to wear it (or the dildo(s) you plan to use it on).
Dimensions: 5.5" total length, for intended fit need ~5" length below penis (or dildo) head
First/top ring 1" unstretched diameter
Bottom two rings 1.25" unstretched diameter
Adds 0.75" to shaft diameter
Battery: 1-1.5hr runtime
Up to 1hr charge time
Modes: 9 patterns
Material: Silicone
Waterproof (IPX rating not specified)
First a word of caution - for safety no longer than 30 minutes use at a time (if wearing it)! This doesn’t apply to use on dildos of course.
The main intended use of the Thrust Enhancer is of course to put on your (or your partner's) penis shaft - to enhance the shaft and thrusts. Most penises don't come with vibrations, so this will remedy that, and adds a bit of extra filling girth to the shaft at the same time. With a throbbing shaft and extra girth filling you up, you'll be sure to come in no time!
Naturally (or unnaturally) we don't just stop there since not only real penises have shafts… so do dildos. Whether for solo play on the receiving end, or strap-on play, slide the Thrust Enhancer on that dildo's shaft and go to town, enjoying the added vibrations and girth.
The 3-ring design of the Thrust Enhancer, while intended for anatomically correct penises (or dildos) with the 3rd bottom ring for behind the balls, is versatile enough to use on dildos without balls or even 'strapless' strap-on dildos depending on the design. The two bottom rings are about 1.25" wide when unstretched, so as long as the dildo is about 1.25" wide or thicker then the Thrust Enhancer can be used on it (and the total length of the dildo should be long enough). For strapless strap-ons like the Soul Kiss, may need to get slightly creative with putting the Thrust Enhancer on. With it on top of the shaft, if there is a clit stimulation portion for the wearer's end of the strapless strap-on, that might get covered. However, the Thrust Enhancer can be used on the bottom of the shaft just as easily to keep that clit-stimulator open for business (and can still help hit the P-spot or G-spot if the receiver is in a position like lying on their stomach, etc.). For a dildo without balls, all 3 rings can simply go on the shaft as long as the shaft is long enough.
The Thrust Enhancer is mostly smooth silicone except a slight groove around the red area on the toy where the button is (that requires extra care when cleaning). The rings are very stretchy, and the sleeve is pretty flexible over all except for around the vibrating/motor area the 'hump' there is more rigid with just a little bit of squish. There is slight texturing along the length of the shaft area, but not enough to where we could feel it at all (but can help hold lube/wetness on the sleeve).
The Thrust Enhancer is nicely shaped, gradually rising to its max added girth and the design of the top shaft ring nestles nicely right below the penis head (like shown here nestled nicely below the head of this dildo.
However, you will need to measure yourself to check if it will fit you (or your partner) in the way you want it to. The total length of the toy is around 5.5" and for the intended fitting (top ring right below the head on the shaft, bottom two rings - one behind the balls, one at the base of the shaft) you may need to be on the longer side with ~5" of shaft length below the penis head.
I am a bit over 4" long below the penis head, the fit is flexible enough and rings are stretchy enough it fits on my shaft if I put BOTH bottom rings behind my balls. But, I can't use the toy too long this way because it does make it quite tight behind the balls. If you like tighter constriction around/behind the balls it could be good for that (as long as you do it safely and not for too long at a time!) Also, definitely best to be shaved down there or the rings will pull on hairs when you're putting it on or taking it off.
For the rings, the top ring for right below the penis head is a bit over 1" wide when unstretched. The bottom two rings are about 1.25" wide and all the rings are very stretchy, so if your shaft is anything wider than those measurements it should fit just fine width-wise.
The vibration of the Thrust Enhancer are relatively strong, especially considering the size of the vibrating/motor area. We really liked that the vibrations can be felt easily for both the wearer, on their shaft, and of course for the receiver being penetrated. The vibrations on the shaft are about midway down so not a super sensitive area, but does add some stimulation for the wearer! Compared to a lot of these types of cock ring/penis sleeve toys, where the vibration is really just felt by the receiver.
There are different vibration modes, similar to other toys but also has some more unique/different ones as well. Has the standard low, medium, high constant vibration as well as several different vibration patterns. Operating the Thrust Enhancer with the button on the toy is straightforward - hold down the button to turn it on/off, and press the button to cycle through the modes. However, we mostly use the remotes with these types of toys which we consider almost essential (since you can't adjust the mode from the toy's button when it's inside one of you).
The remote was a bit trickier to figure out at first. With the toy turned on, hold the power button on the remote to turn on the remote. Then, pressing the wave button on the remote cycles through the vibration modes. There is a blue light that lights up when pressing the remote button. The product manual mentioned holding the power button on the remote again to 'pause' the vibrations, but alas, this was more so just turning off the vibrations. When you turn the vibrations back on (by holding the power button on the remote again, then pressing the wave button on the remote) they start over from the first vibration mode. Was hopeful it would pause the current mode and then resume where you left off, but that is not very common functionality in these more basic toys (nice in the few toys I've had that DO have that functionality though!)
The Thrust Enhancer comes in a very discreet box, black with a pleasing geometric pattern, reminiscent of fancy boxes like for colognes (would be nice enough to gift to someone in the box). The only hint of something naughty inside is the sticker on the side that says adult novelty.
Inside the box the contents are sitting nicely presented on some confetti. The toy is in a drawstring pouch and there is also the remote control, charging cord, product manual, and spare coin battery for the remote. The remote has a plastic insert that needs pulled out, supposed to keep the battery from getting used up before it is delivered but the battery in the remote was nearly dead (light on remote turned on but it couldn't control toy). Luckily the spare was right there so I switched it out and remote worked fine.
